Biografia:: Kazumi Kawashiro è il vice-presidente della Bandai visual. Si è laureato presso l'Università Sophia - una università privata in Giappone famosa per il suo clima internazionale. Nell'aprile del 1982, un mese dopo la laurea, iniziò a lavorare per la Canyon Records. Nel luglio del 1989 entrò a far parte della Bandai e nell'aprile del 1994 fu trasferito alla Bandai Visual di cui diventò il presidente nel maggio del 2003. Nel 2010 gli successe Ooshita Satoshi, anche se Kawashiro rimase nella società come vice-presidente.
